Ingest an opportunity

Extraction is label-anchored and deterministic — no model is involved, because no provider is approved under D-0007. It reliably reads a labelled block of the kind federal announcements use (“Close Date:”, “Award Ceiling:”). Against a foundation’s prose it will find little, and will leave the rest empty rather than inferring it.

Both are what you type. If the document labels them, the label wins; otherwise your entry stands. Neither is ever derived from the other.
